Ingredients

1 chuck roast
1 packet dry ranch mix
1 packet McCormick Au Jus gravy mix
1 stick of butter
5 pepperoncini peppers

Put roast in crockpot.  Sprinkle ranch on top of roast.  Sprinkle au jus mix on top of ranch mix.  Put stick of butter on top of roast.  Place the 5 peppers around the stick of butter.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
