Fish Dish
4 pieces of grouper (1/4-1/2 lb each) (Can substitute tilapia)
1 bottle Ken's Steak House brand Northern Italian dressing
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
Saute the grouper in a large skillet on medium-high heat, using 1/2-3/4 bottle of dressing. Flip fish after about 5-7 minutes. Cook until fish flakes easily and appears white through.
In another skillet, saute tomatoes in remaining dressing.
Serve fish with tomatoes on top.
Note: This dish is surprisingly gourmet-looking for little effort. I like to serve it with yellow rice and a steamed/sauteed green vegetable.
